Day 96--Bubble Bath

It is a sad day when I hesitate to post these collages, I think I have cropped them effectively such that I shouldn't need to worry, but I still do.
Anyway--here is my little chipmunk in all her bubble glory!

This was a huge bubble bath that the pictures really do fail to convey--she had a blast.

And looking away from the tub, I tested some white balance questions I had by trying to capture the lightbulb's reflection in the window as the sun set...kinda cool.

Day 95--A new (old) lantern

Look, another rusty lantern was unearthed from the the clutches of a former thorny garden, so now I have something else to photograph in different lights.

Check back, this will make some reappearances.

Day 94--The many cute faces of Liam

Day 92--Girls Weekend; Final Day--Polly's

OK, so I went away with some friends for the weekend--the WHOLE weekend! No kids, no husbands, no nothing. In fact, that was the point, do nothing! But I felt my resolution was a commitment and an obligation so I brought my little camera up, not really knowing what to expect to be able to take pictures of.
Now, I know--next time we go, its worth bringing the good camera, there were a ton of great picture taking opportunities, and I will get them next time!

The last day was probably the most disappointing from a picture point of view...I took a bunch of shots of just beautiful mountainscapes, but there's only so much my Panasonic can do, they didn't come out well at all. Luckily I did take a few pics of some of the cool memorabilia on the wall at the place where we went out for breakfast...Polly's Pancake Parlor, very yummy and a cool little place!

Well I am caught up for the weekend, and now I just have to make sure I get a shot for today as well! Sorry for the lateness.

Day 91--Girls Weekend, Day 2, Trains

There were a lot of little trains around the little town we stayed in...a train car restaurant, a miniature golf train themed course, and you know...just regular trains. I took some pictures, but really more out of obligation than because I wanted to, but in reviewing my 'film' I think I will be more careful next time we go up...there was a lot of beautiful stuff and I could have captured it much better if I had lugged the big camera up there.

Day 90--Girls Weekend, Day 1; Our River

This was the river right outside the condo we stayed at...so beautiful! I can't wait to go up again! When I do, you can bet I'll bring the good camera.
